This policy explains what information Rental Residency collects when you visit rentalresidency.com or its course platform at kajabi.rentalresidency.com, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address and any answers you submit through our forms, including the free guide and the Market Scorecard.
Purchase information. When you enroll, your name, email and billing details are collected by our course platform and its payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage information. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and the site that referred you.

Cookies and advertising tools

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how visitors use the site, to understand which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as page views, button clicks, form submissions and purchases. Meta may combine this information with information it holds about you. Meta's own use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can limit this by adjusting your Facebook ad preferences, blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, or opting out through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the course and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for advertising. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
